By accessing the Website, you agree that the laws and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai without regard to conflicts of laws principles, will apply to all matters relating to use of the Website, and you agree that any litigation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE. Those who access the Website from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Senco makes no representations as to the appropriateness or availability of the Website Content for use in any other jurisdiction other than herein mentioned. Senco disclaims any liability in relation to its Content and reserves the right to amend or remove any Content that it may deem at its sole discretion to be necessary and to suspend or terminate your use of the Website if it deems appropriate. Senco shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise because of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
Cancellation
There may be certain orders that Senco cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which Senco identifies for not accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.
By Customer
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is invoiced at our fulfilment centre. Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode (source) that you had used to make the transaction. Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account.
Senco is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our Website. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order subject to the conditions specified as herein below provided.
Returns & Refunds
- In case if you want to return the product Please mail us : contactus@senco.ae or you can directly call our customer service helpline number: 97142720530,not later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused with the invoice/guarantee card into the package for the return process, otherwise the Return Policy is not applicable to the said transaction.
- A shipping agent will come to the customer's doorstep to collect the parcel. In case the customer is not available, the shipping agent will reattempt pickup at a later stage. The company would undertake quality check (QC) upon receipt of the returned product, any sign of wear and tear including but not limited to the product being resized, altered or damaged, failing the QC test, the refund will not be processed , in the event the QC test is passed, refund would be processed.
- Once the refund is initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to customer’s account via the same mode through which the transaction was made within 7-10 business days.
- Products purchased at https://www.sencogoldanddiamonds.ae can only be returned through the website, while customers have the option to exchange the products at Senco Stores within UAE as per our prevailing Exchange policy subject to changes from time to time.
Returns due to product mismatch or damaged product/packaging.
- If a package or product delivered to you arrives damaged or there is a product mismatch, please email us at contactus@senco.ae forthwith no later than 24 hours with photo evidence of such damaged product and initiate the return process by logging into your account on the website.
- Claims for damaged, missing or mismatched items must be reported within forthwith, no later than 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Refund
- Upon receipt of the returned item, our Quality Assurance Team shall verify the product and Refund shall be initiated only after quality check clearance.
- Once the return has been accepted and confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email stating that the return has been accepted.
- Once the refund is initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via source mode through which the transaction was made within 7-10 business days.
- Kindly note delivery charges are non-refundable for reasons whatsoever.
Exchange
Products purchased at https://www.sencogoldanddiamonds.ae can only be returned through the website, while customers have the option to exchange the products at Senco Stores within UAE as per our prevailing Exchange policy subject to changes from time to time.

Shipping Destinations
In UAE, Senco. serves to all emirates. Currently we do not ship outside UAE.
NOTE: At present, we do not have the option to deliver a single order to multiple destinations. You will need to place different orders for shipment to multiple destinations.

We provide shipping of products at a nominal cost
Track Order
All customers have the option to track their orders by logging into their account and clicking on ‘My Orders’ section or using Track my Order link on the website.
Time to Deliver
The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
Delivery TAT
The product is delivered within 30 working days in UAE from the day of order confirmation, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated period, we shall cancel the order and notify you regarding the same. In such cases, the refund will be made directly to your account via the same mode through which the payment was made. We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof for verification:

VAT terms
The UAE Government has introduced Value Added Tax (VAT) effective from 1st January, 2018 at a standard rate of 5%. Senco complies with this mandate and VAT is applicable to most goods/products and services, including our delivery and warranty charges.
All product prices and services on the website are inclusive of VAT.
